1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Balance" refers to the total funds (in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR) available in your Account for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free credit, cashback, or other incentive provided by olk128 to Members.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by olk128 to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming regulations.

2. Eligibility

To register and use olk128, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. olk128 strictly enforces this age restriction and will terminate the accounts of any underage users. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on olk128, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts and confiscation of all funds and winnings. We use advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. olk128 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 KYC Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited instantly through automated payment rails. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are credited within 1–5 minutes. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 15–60 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM). E-wallet withdrawals take 1–3 hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be queued until the next working day.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. All deposits must be wagered at least 1× (one time) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. If you accepted a bonus, you must fulfill the bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds or associated winnings. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting software errors — is strictly prohibited. olk128 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any already wagered amounts) will be returned.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Wagering Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. olk128 does not accept bet cancellations except in cases of obvious system errors or technical malfunctions. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active will void the bonus and associated winnings.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all markets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (unless otherwise stated, such as "To Qualify" markets in knockout tournaments). If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets will be void and stakes refunded unless the match is replayed within 48 hours. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on olk128 and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity including credit card fraud, identity theft, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or unfairly advantage one party.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or scrape data from the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward olk128 staff or other Members.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (exploiting odds discrepancies between olk128 and other bookmakers).

9. Account Closure and Suspension

olk128 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we suspect or determine that the Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, breached responsible gaming policies, or engaged in any activity that threatens the integrity or security of the platform. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Member after deducting any amounts owed to olk128, provided the Member has completed KYC verification and complied with all terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the olk128 platform are owned by or licensed to olk128 and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from olk128 without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

olk128 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, olk128 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

olk128 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of olk128 shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless olk128, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, where olk128 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Curacao Gaming Control Board, rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, olk128 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
